Responsibilities
Functional analysis and design
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze requirements, processes, and SharePoint environments
- Define roadmaps and propose suitable architectures
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Inventory Nintex environments and dependencies
- Design AI-based solutions, especially using Copilot Studio
- Assess migration scenarios and associated risks
Implementation and configuration
- Configure, develop, and test SharePoint, K2, and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Validate solutions with key users
- Resolve technical issues
- Document functional and technical aspects
- Organize user training sessions
- Supervise acceptance testing and production deployment
- Implement Copilot agents for various departments
Maintenance and support
- Perform corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance
- Provide level 3 support
- Monitor performance, security, and system stability
- Identify and implement continuous improvements

Obwohl ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS offen für Technologien ist, die von unseren Kunden eingesetzt werden, ist das Unternehmen bestrebt, hauptsächlich, aber nicht nur Berater, die Folgendes beherrschen: Windows- und Linux-Server, Netzwerke, (JAVA, SAP, .NET,...) sowie hochspezialisierte Experten, z.B. im Bereich Cybersicherheit oder in Content Management Systemen (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic...).
In in Bezug auf nicht-technische Kompetenzen stellt ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS dynamische Personen ein, die in die Welt, interessiert an Innovation und mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kunden Beziehung.
Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
