AISB-747 Analyst Programmer

We are looking for a skilled Analyst–Programmer to join a multidisciplinary team developing innovative ICT solutions to support operational missions in a dynamic, security-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Functional & Technical Analysis

• Analyze and model business needs to define clear specifications.
• Design functional architecture for applications.
• Lead workshops and conduct user interviews to capture requirements.
• Draft functional specifications, user guides, and detailed documentation.
• Prepare and facilitate stakeholder meetings to align objectives.

Development & Integration

• Participate in application development using JavaScript, PHP, XML.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems such as SAP and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to technical standards.
• Contribute to functional and technical testing.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Guarantee development security and compliance with GDPR regulations.

Project Lifecycle & Support

• Act as functional and technical reference within the project team.
• Support solution implementation and overall quality assurance.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions.
• Drive digital transformation by building modern, mobile, and secure tools.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in Web Development and Business/Functional Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, BPMN, UML, GitLab, ERD, Prince2.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, PHP, XML, PostgreSQL, SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Trilingual: French, Dutch, English (technical English essential).
• Knowledge of ICT security principles and GDPR compliance in cross-department exchanges.
