AISB-745 IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic Business–IT initiatives in the field of Document Management, including electronic signature solutions and test management implementation.

This is a high-impact role within a complex IT environment, involving multiple stakeholders and modern technologies, where your expertise will directly contribute to the transformation and optimization of document-related processes.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end document management projects, including the definition of a document strategy and the decommissioning of legacy systems
• Drive the implementation of electronic signature solutions
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and key users to capture, refine, and integrate requirements
• Ensure full project governance, including:
  • Scope definition
  • Planning and resource allocation
  • Budget tracking
  • Risk and issue management
• Establish and oversee a robust test management framework, aligned with defined methodologies
• Coordinate change management activities in collaboration with business teams, ensuring effective communication, training, and user adoption
• Support PMO activities, including project reporting, capacity planning, and timeline management
• Implement and maintain project governance standards, leveraging tools such as Jira and service management platforms
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Environment

You will work within a diverse and modern ecosystem including:

• SAP (ECC, IS-U)
• Document management and custom platforms
• Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Development and integration technologies
• Project and service management tools

Profile & Skills

We are looking for a professional with:

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in complex environments
• Strong expertise in:
  • Document management systems and processes
  • Electronic signature solutions
  • Complex migration projects
  • Test management frameworks
  • IT transformation initiatives
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2)
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIS2
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
