About the Role
Join an Agile Tribe in a demanding banking environment, where delivery, security, and collaboration are at the heart of every initiative. You will be responsible for steering end-to-end deliveries, aligning multiple squads, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and security.
You will work closely with the IT Tribe Lead, acting as a key partner in orchestrating the Tribe’s roadmap and ensuring that teams move in the same direction with clarity, focus, and energy.
Your Responsibilities
As Senior Project / Delivery Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe’s various squads, in close collaboration with the relevant IT Tribe Leads.
- Ensure commitments are met in terms of deadlines, scope, quality, and budget, working hand in hand with technical teams.
- Identify and remove impediments that block project or delivery progress, acting as an enabler and problem solver.
- Guarantee compliance with security standards and internal policies for all deliverables.
- Foster collaboration between different stakeholders (IT, business, security, operations, etc.) to secure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure clear and regular communication & reporting towards stakeholders at different levels.
- Collaborate daily with the IT Tribe Lead, providing visibility, escalation when needed, and recommendation.
- Produce dashboards and KPIs to track delivery performance and health of projects.
- Prepare and present progress updates during steering committees and governance forums.
Language Requirements

Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile Project Management certification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Prince2 Agile, etc.).
- PMI/PMP knowledge or certification is a strong plus.
Travel & Work Model
- Travel: Not applicable / limited (to be confirmed according to context)
- Telework: Approx. 50% on site / 50% homeworking, in line with team and project needs.
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder IT projects or deliveries, ideally in large organizations.
- Solid experience in the finance / banking sector (mandatory at business level).
Preferred:
- Experience in the finance / banking sector with exposure to:
- Core banking or back-end systems
- Document management solutions
- Regulatory and compliance-driven environments
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies:
- Scrum, SAFe, Kanban (or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
- Jira, Confluence (or equivalent)
- Good understanding of:
- IT governance, systems, infrastructures, and main frameworks
- End-to-end IT delivery lifecycle (from ideation to production)
Preferred:
- Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions.
- Familiarity with complex IT environments integrating multiple applications and services.
Business Skills
Mandatory:
- Professional experience in the finance / banking sector, with the ability to:
- Understand business stakes and constraints
- Translate business needs into IT deliverables
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
