Context of the Role

An organization operating in the legal and professional services sector is strengthening its Data and Innovation capabilities. The objective is to develop and implement advanced technological solutions that support the evolution of professional services through artificial intelligence and data.

To support this ambition, an experienced AI Project Manager is sought to manage high-impact initiatives, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Identifying business opportunities where artificial intelligence can create value, in collaboration with domain experts and stakeholders.
• Monitoring technological developments in AI and translating them into practical and scalable solutions.
• Evaluating and challenging proposed solutions, testing products, and contributing to their continuous improvement.
• Defining project roadmaps, action plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Managing project risks, identifying blockers, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring clear project governance and progress reporting to various audiences including senior leadership, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including:

Required Profile

Experience

• Proven experience managing technology or data-driven projects.
• Previous exposure to artificial intelligence initiatives or AI-related technologies.
• Experience working in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Knowledge or practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong project management expertise in data or technology projects.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
