ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for a Business Analyst – Support Testing to join our team. If you enjoy collaborating with both business and IT teams, providing hands-on testing support, and ensuring the smooth execution of SIT and UAT phases, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business teams in preparing and executing tests during SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), primarily in the RESA environment.
- Provide backup for business users during test execution when needed.
- Create and track defects (anomalies), perform necessary follow-ups with stakeholders, and maintain dashboards for test monitoring.
- Participate in functional analysis and clarification workshops.
- Provide general support for testing activities and communicate progress to the test coordinator, project manager, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to established testing governance processes.
- Conduct functional analyses and/or gap analyses upon request.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- French proficiency: C2 level.
- Experience with Atrias Process MIG6 across all Market domains (Structuring, Metering, Billing, Settlement, Rectification) – minimum 1 year.
- Experience with Jira – minimum 1 year.
- Proven experience supporting business teams during test execution – minimum 1 year.
- Experience in a Distribution System Operator (DSO) environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis capabilities.
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Solution- and process-oriented approach.
