At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization’s endpoints throughout their full lifecycle.
Your Mission
- Maintain and support endpoints including workstations, laptops, mobiles, and tablets.
- Create, update, and maintain enterprise operating system reference images.
- Manage security patches and software updates for all endpoints.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve endpoint-related issues efficiently.
- Contribute to defining endpoint policies and propose improvements to enhance IT operations.
- Support automation initiatives through scripting and modern tools.
Qualificationswin
- Strong experience with Windows client OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in application packaging, OS imaging, and endpoint management tools.
- Hands-on skills in scripting and automation: PowerShell, Python, Perl, Ansible, Terraform.

Technical certifications (mandatory to have one and obtain another within the first three months), such as:
- Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (or equivalent)
- VMWare Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) (or equivalent)
- Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
- McAfee Certified Product Specialist - ePO Certification
- ITIL certification or willingness to obtain it.
