We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality data to support the success of innovative projects that drive energy transition and modernize infrastructures. You will work closely with the AI & Data Governance team to continuously improve key data and maximize the impact of advanced Smart Grid software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify data quality issues and propose solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand the origin of data problems.
- Document quality rules, results, and track observed discrepancies.
- Train data producers on best practices in data quality management.
- Assist the data governance team in fostering a culture of high-quality data across the organization.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Fluency in French (C1)
- University degree or higher in IT, Data, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of business challenges and how they relate to data
- Ability to document quality rules, track results, and monitor deviations
- Root cause analysis skills for data issues
- Proactive problem-solving mindset for data quality challenges
Should Have:
- Knowledge of data quality dimensions
- Experience in data profiling and analysis
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Ability to propose practical solutions to resolve data issues
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data profiling libraries (e.g., Soda, Great Expectations)
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA or SAP SAC Analytics
- Experience in the energy sector
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Passion for technology trends in data quality
- Motivation to contribute positively to the energy transition
