Function Description
Design Phase and Project Methodology
- Build the overall product vision, including its roadmap, and communicate it to the Development Team
- Clarify the needs and draft the key functional specifications of the product according to agile methodology
- Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery
- Define priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs
- Ensure alignment among all stakeholders regarding the product to be delivered
Project Follow-up and Support
- Establish a priority management approach and ensure product consistency and quality
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.)
- Act as decision-maker or have authority to arbitrate on delivered functionalities
- Perform live adjustments and follow-up of the Sprint Backlog
Agile Requirements
An analyst involved in Agile projects must demonstrate an “Agile mindset,” which includes:

- Thirst for knowledge: Agile is about learning and adapting. Knowledge sharing is essential to success
- Focus on team success: Agile emphasizes team success over individual achievement
- No failure, only feedback: Agile encourages learning from feedback and continuous improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration: Agile teams are cross-functional. While members have primary roles, they are expected to contribute to other disciplines when necessary to achieve Sprint goals
Language Requirements
- Dutch: At least one local language
- French: At least one local language
- English: Good command of English and at least one local language
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Certification
- Product Owner certification is a plus
Required Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience

Business Experience

In in Bezug auf nicht-technische Kompetenzen stellt ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS dynamische Personen ein, die in die Welt, interessiert an Innovation und mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kunden Beziehung.
Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
