AISB-703 IT Sytem Architect

We are seeking an Expert IT System Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in modernizing and harmonizing IT architectures. You will work in a complex technological environment combining legacy systems and modern cloud-based components. Your mission will be to ensure that architectural decisions support business goals, compliance standards (including NIS2), and the adoption of cloud-native practices.

Key Responsibilities 

• Define, review, and maintain coherent, scalable, and secure cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Translate enterprise architecture guidelines into actionable technical models.
• Design aligned application and data architectures that are maintainable and high-performing.
• Ensure architectural decisions support business objectives. 
  
• Integrate security by design into architectural decisions.
• Design secure architectures including network segmentation, IAM, access control, and encryption.
• Translate NIS2 requirements into concrete technical measures.
• Promote secure coding practices and implement supervision/audit mechanisms. 
  
• Provide technical analyses for business projects.
• Advise on integrations, data models, performance, and scalability.
• Support teams in adopting architectural patterns and technologies.
• Initiate or validate Proof-of-Concepts. 
  
• Organize and lead design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve maintainability, security, and system decoupling.
• Document architectural decisions systematically. 
  
• Communicate effectively with business, development, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Explain technical choices clearly and accessibly.
• Support collective decision-making and align visions.
• Contribute to team skill development. 
  
• Analyze and solve complex technical challenges in an interconnected environment.
• Ensure coherence between legacy and modern components.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration (OpenShift)
• Expertise in security standards, including NIS2
• Strong experience in designing complex IT architectures
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and data modeling
• Experience with resilient, high-availability architectures
• Integrations: messaging, REST/GraphQL, event-driven systems
• Expertise in modern Java (Spring, microservices, API-driven, event-driven)
• Mastery of Cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Cloud-native principles

Education & Certifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Cloud or architectural certifications are a plus
