Contribute to complex enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Position Overview
An enterprise-scale environment is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to support large and complex implementations within structured governance frameworks.
The role involves high technical ownership, collaboration across multiple teams, and strict quality and performance standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations autonomously.
- Act as the technical reference within the squad, guiding design and development decisions.
- Develop advanced customizations using C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

Implement:
- Plugins (sync/async pipeline)
- Custom Workflow Activities
- Custom APIs
- PCF controls
- Client-side extensions
- Design and build integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, and messaging patterns (Azure Service Bus).
- Analyze and resolve platform performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce enterprise coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, functional analysts, and DevOps engineers.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline configuration and ALM best practices.
- Identify technical risks and debt, propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
Required Technical Profile
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Strong experience in enterprise-scale environments (large user base, multi-team delivery).
- Agile/SAFe experience considered a strong asset.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Dataverse
- Deep expertise in Sales, Customer Service, or model-driven applications.

Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture, including:
- Entities & relationships
- Business rules
- Security model
- Solution layering
- ALM best practices
Development Skills
Strong proficiency in:
- C# (.NET)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- Power BI
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable enterprise-grade code.
Integration & Architecture
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus expertise.
- Understanding of OAuth and Azure AD authentication models.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and automated deployments.
Performance & Quality
- Strong capability in performance troubleshooting.
- Advanced production debugging experience.
- Solid understanding of scalability and platform constraints.
- Strict adherence to code review and documentation standards.
Soft Skills

Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
