We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Squad Transactions. If you have a strong Agile mindset, love collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enjoy turning business needs into valuable product features, this is your next opportunity.
Your Mission
- Represent stakeholders and the voice of the customer, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions.
- Lead and organize the squad alongside the Scrum Master, motivating the team and facilitating problem solving.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Clarify requirements and lead backlog refinement to draft key functional specifications.
- Plan iterations and set priorities to guarantee timely and valuable delivery.
- Ensure consistency and quality of the product, arbitrating on delivered functionalities when needed.
- Act as Opus Owner for project management tasks related to transactions when required.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: University degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Certifications: Product Owner or Scrum Master certification required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Technical Knowledge (preferable): Functional understanding of banking systems, ideally daily banking, including mainframe and distributed systems.
- Business Knowledge: Expertise in Agile practices, product management, stakeholder management, project management, and daily banking products/services.

Languages: Strong command of English; fluency in French or Dutch (at least one national language).
