At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS we are looking for a (Agile) Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead IT production initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that create real value. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Initiative Owner for IT production initiatives and support business stakeholders in delivering results.
- Monitor and control the delivery of features and ensure initiatives meet expected outcomes.
- Collect feature status information from Feature Delivery Owners and manage progress tracking.
- Organize required Agile ceremonies and facilitate quarterly planning and Scrum of Scrum sessions.
- Identify, log, and resolve impediments at initiative, opus, or feature levels.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, protecting teams from unexpected workloads.
- Simplify discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution by fostering a safe and collaborative environment.
- Challenge both business and IT suppliers to ensure optimal solutions regarding cost, quality, and budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years’ strong experience in a similar function.
- Minimum 6 years in a similar role and at least 10 years professional experience overall.
- Proven experience in Agile project management and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of complex infrastructure architecture design.
- Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects is a plus.
- Agile way of working experience.
- Banking sector experience is an advantage.
