Overview
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Administrator to manage and support the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoints. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets, while driving automation and continuous improvement across endpoint environments. Your expertise in scripting, imaging, and troubleshooting will be key to delivering a seamless and secure digital workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and administer endpoints across the organization (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) throughout their lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and optimize enterprise operating system reference images.
- Manage and deploy security patches, OS updates, and software packages for all endpoints.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve endpoint‑related incidents and performance issues.
- Contribute to defining endpoint management policies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong expertise in Windows client OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint hardware and peripherals, including installation and issue diagnosis.
- Strong experience with application packaging and OS imaging.
- Advanced scripting and automation capabilities, including:
- PowerShell (mandatory strong skill)
- Python, Perl, Ansible, Terraform
- Ability to automate deployments, configurations, and maintenance tasks.
- Good understanding of modern endpoint management best practices and security compliance.
Required Certifications
Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications and be ready to obtain another within the first three months, along with ITIL certification:
- Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Microsoft: Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager or equivalent
- VMware: Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP‑DW 2022) or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
- McAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO

Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
