AISB-643 Senior SAP Project Manager – Transformation & Planning Systems

As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will play a key role in large-scale transformation initiatives focused on: The deployment of a new planning and mobility-enabled solution to optimize resource and intervention management. You will operate within a structured PMO environment, working closely with transformation leaders and fellow project managers, while taking full ownership of your projects from definition to delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Pre-frame projects and define a complete and structured roadmap.
- Support sponsors in clearly defining scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
- Define and apply project governance in alignment with PMO standards.
- Ensure the involvement and alignment of all stakeholders (business teams, architects, change management, infrastructure, application teams, etc.).
- Plan projects, ensuring proper allocation of resources and skills.
- Proactively monitor and control project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Oversee budget management and business case follow-up.
- Deliver projects with the expected level of quality, on time and within budget.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces with other projects and applications.
- Identify, manage, and resolve issues, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Anticipate and manage project risks.
- Prepare the transition to IT maintenance or operational teams.
- Ensure clear and structured communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce reporting in line with PMO governance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience with a project management methodology.
- Fluent French (C2 level).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and adapt to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with planning and/or mobility-related processes.
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Jira.
- Experience on at least one SAP S/4HANA project.
- Exposure to at least two SAP modules: SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP CS, SAP PS.
- Multiple proven experiences on SAP projects.
