AISB-616 Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Risk & Credits tribe, focusing on enhancing risk infrastructure and credit acquisition processes. This is a high-impact role where you will translate user needs into actionable business requirements, collaborate with development squads, and support the delivery of innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

• Support initiatives to improve the risk calculation and data infrastructure, including enhancements to central risk calculators and credit monitoring tools.
• Work on projects such as:
  • Improving management of immovable asset data, transitioning from legacy systems to modern distributed applications (Java-based).
  • Enhancing credit acquisition for professional loans, contributing to a new credit origination tool covering a full range of professional credit products.
• Translate end-user requirements into detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure deliverables meet user expectations, including code review and white-box testing.
• Use SQL to validate use cases, test scenarios, and portfolio-level results.
• Document detailed use cases, expected system behavior, and functional specifications.

Your Profile

• Experience: At least 4 years in functional/business analysis, supporting agile squads in complex business environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Medium to expert knowledge of MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Medium experience with SQL and testing capabilities.
  • Experience supporting web application development squads (zero footprint applications).
  • Preferable: Java programming, Java frameworks, JSON/REST, MQ Series, Kafka, complex security configurations.
• Business Knowledge:
  • Expertise in functional and process analysis, requirements documentation, and large-scale IT development.
  • Preferable: credit/credit risk knowledge, familiarity with EU credit regulations (e.g., Basel III), economics or mathematics background.
• Education: Graduate or university degree preferred, with a strong foundation in mathematics.

• Dutch: Fluent/good in speaking & understanding, basic/good in writing.
• French: Fluent/good in speaking & understanding, basic/good in writing.
• English: Fluent in writing, good in speaking & understanding.

Work Arrangement
