As a Senior Application & Network Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, evolution, and optimization of all applications connected to network operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of GIS, SCADA, Utility Network and smart grid solutions, while aligning technological choices with strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Define robust, scalable, and secure architectures for network-related applications.
- Ensure consistency, performance and evolution of the application landscape.
- Guarantee smooth integration between GIS, SCADA, Utility Network and smart-network applications.
- Lead and optimize data flows, interoperability and technical interconnections.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to Esri Utility Network (e.g., from Elyx).
- Ensure data integrity, quality control and alignment with business rules.
- Design, optimize and automate workflows using FME Form & FME Flow.
- Implement quality checks, validation processes and automated transformation pipelines.
- Manage and optimize Oracle, PostgreSQL and Azure SQL environments.
- Ensure reliability, performance tuning, maintenance and lifecycle evolution.
- Stay informed about trends in GIS, Utility Network, SCADA, smart grids and cloud technologies.
- Propose continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support internal teams by sharing expertise and best practices.
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years as an Application Architect, GIS Architect, or senior GIS/Data professional.
- Proven experience in the utilities or energy sector is a strong advantage.
- ARC GIS Utility Network Specialty Certification
- FME Certified Professional
- FME Flow Certified Professional
- Deep knowledge of Esri Utility Network Data Model
- Strong experience with Esri tools (ArcGIS Enterprise, Desktop, Web App Builder, Experience Builder) – 5+ years

Solid hands-on experience with at least two of the following databases (5+ years):
- Oracle
- PostgreSQL
- Azure SQL
- Excellent command of FME Form & FME Flow – 5+ years
- Project management and technical team coordination – 5+ years
