We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in cards transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate combines deep business knowledge, analytical strength, and the ability to bridge business needs with IT solutions.
Mission Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing issues, proposing improvements, and supporting change initiatives within the cards transactions domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to design solutions, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze issues related to cards transactions and propose improvements
- Evaluate and assess change requests
- Collaborate within the squad to identify and compare solution options
- Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams
- Align business expectations with IT deliverables
- Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces
- Support implementation phases, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
Languages
- Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
- French: Strong spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken skills
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
Required Experience & Knowledge
Must-have
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Expertise in cards transactions (products, processes, industry specifics)
- Understanding of technical aspects of cards transactions
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements
- Experience working in a cards environment
Preferred
- Experience in project management and/or Product Owner roles in the cards sector
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
