In this role, you will help ensure the control of operational risks and the reliability of data-related processes. As part of the first line of defense, you will become an expert in risk analysis, control plan management, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with business units and support functions to ensure that operational risks related to data remain under control.
Your responsibilities
As an Operational Control Officer – Data, you act as a strategic partner in operational risk management. You collaborate with business teams and second-line functions to provide a comprehensive view of key risks and mitigation actions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) on business processes
- Assessing the relevance, efficiency, and applicability of existing control frameworks
- Executing controls within the Data domain and ensuring proper follow-up
- Defining and monitoring action plans aligned with the organization’s risk appetite
- Managing the recording and follow-up of historical incidents related to Data
- Contributing to the management and updating of Data procedures
- Providing guidance during Regulatory Risk Response, Risk Acceptance, and New Activity Committee exercises
- Participating actively in OPC community meetings
Your profile
- You are able to take on a dynamic and proactive facilitator role with internal and external stakeholders
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills
- You work in a structured way and meet deadlines
- You have knowledge of compliance, risk management, or process management, or are willing to acquire it quickly
- You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in English and in Dutch or French, including during management presentations
- Knowledge or interest in the Data domain is a plus

Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
