AISB-403 HR Officer – Freelance / Interim / Fixed-Term Contract (Temporary Replacement)

With an international presence (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Madagascar), we provide high-quality services to our clients across Europe. Our team currently consists of nearly 100 employees, including internal staff and consultants working on client assignments.

As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for an HR Officer (freelance, interim, or fixed-term contract) to strengthen our HR team. The exact duration of the assignment is not yet defined.

Your Role

In close collaboration with two HR colleagues, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations across our different entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of HR activities in collaboration with the existing HR team
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants
  • Handling day-to-day employee requests
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations (mainly BE, LU, DE – with support from social secretariats and legal partners)
  • Regular communication with employees and follow-up on their well-being
  • Coordination with social secretariats to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Contract management and supervision of the company car fleet
  • Training needs analysis and management of subsidy files
  • Organization of annual performance reviews and follow-up of the bonus policy
  • Planning and coordination of internal events (corporate events, thematic breakfasts, etc.)
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes and management of non-compliances

Profile Sought

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally in Belgium, Luxembourg and/or Germany
  • Knowledge of labor law in at least one of the following countries: BE / LU / DE (knowledge of two or more is a strong asset)
  • Experience in the IT sector is a plus, but not required
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Fluent or native French required, professional working proficiency in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of discretion, ethics, and reliability
  • Knowledge of Odoo is considered an asset
