Your responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for Oracle databases
- Coordinate incident resolution with IT teams and external providers
- Monitor database performance using standard tools
- Implement security measures in collaboration with technical and security teams
- Manage setup, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle database solutions
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of backup processes
- Propose improvement initiatives and optimize existing environments
- Provide technical recommendations to developers for efficient and secure usage
- Prepare and execute deployments and rollback plans
- Define and implement database standards and stay up to date with new technologies
Profile required
Must-have skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Proven experience in database administration (minimum 5 years)
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Unix/Linux
- Experience with virtualized environments (VMware)
- Knowledge of high availability systems (HA/DRP)
- Experience in scripting
- Proven experience in database setup, optimization, and monitoring
- Fluent French (C2 level required)
Nice-to-have skills
- Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, NetApp)
- Experience in large enterprise environments (more than 2000 users)

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
