Your Mission
You will act as a strategic advisor to the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) while overseeing a major transformation portfolio — including the core program dedicated to improving digital case file management. This role combines high-level guidance with hands-on program delivery to ensure successful execution and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Advisory
- Support the DTO Director in steering digital strategy and decision-making.
- Offer cross-functional expertise (technical, functional, organizational) to digital initiatives.
- Shape the design and governance of digital solutions in the justice domain.
Portfolio Oversight & Financial Alignment
- Supervise the execution of transformation initiatives within scope and budget.
- Ensure alignment of financial decisions with program goals and organizational priorities.
- Anticipate risks and ensure coherent planning across multiple projects.
High-Value Deliverables
- Draft or co-author strategic and operational documents: roadmaps, reports, impact assessments, etc.
- Maintain high standards in documentation quality, clarity, and strategic relevance.
Program Coordination
- Lead the planning and coordination of key transformation phases with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all actors involved in the program.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Change Management & Communication
- Integrate change management strategies into program execution.
- Design and implement communication plans to support adoption and engagement.
- Contribute to establishing effective program governance structures and knowledge transfer.
