AISB-391 Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact digital transformation initiatives within a European institutional context. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects with a particular focus on mobile applications, interoperability, and the definition of functional and technical requirements. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate both technical and policy-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and validate functional requirements, use cases, and interface mock-ups
  • Coordinate the drafting of technical documents and presentations for high-level working groups
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, milestones tracking, and risk assessment
  • Oversee the collection and processing of stakeholder input through surveys, consultations, and structured feedback mechanisms
  • Supervise internal project contributors and external service providers, ensuring clear task prioritisation and alignment with objectives
  • Maintain consistent reporting on project status, risks, and deliverables
  • Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, analysts, development teams, and external partners

Required Expertise

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including at least 10 years in project management
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
    • Managing projects involving mobile applications
    • Ensuring interoperability of IT systems
    • Defining functional specifications for digital solutions
    • Engaging with and reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Technology or Computer Science (mandatory)
  • Certification in PM2 or equivalent project management methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is an asset
