AISB-773 Business Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs, perform functional analysis, propose and document features.
  • Draft related documentation: business use cases, user stories.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed features through documentation, presentations, and workshops with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk and issue analysis, propose mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, business owners, the project manager, and the external development team.
  • Contribute to planning, daily follow‑up, release management, and quality control.

Required profile – Mandatory requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 17 years of specific experience in IT development.
  • At least 10 years of specific experience in functional analysis; experience in the labour market domain is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of structured methodologies for drafting and reviewing business requirements; extensive experience ensuring that deliverables align with initial business needs.
  • Solid experience in release management, planning, operational follow‑up, quality control, and project manager support.
  • Rapid self‑starting capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prepare and write high‑quality business analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong capacity to deliver high‑level presentations.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Strong commitment to high quality standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to produce presentations and reports.
  • Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings and to work on large‑scale projects.

  • English: excellent level, spoken and written.
  • Any additional European language is considered an asset.
