To support our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Talent Recruiter based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. As part of our recruitment team, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and managing highly skilled IT professionals for our clients and partners across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels;
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates;
- Assess candidates’ technical backgrounds, experience, and motivations;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Write and publish attractive job advertisements;
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of IT professionals;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders;
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
- Act as an ambassador for ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS and its values.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or technical sector;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken;
- Good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with international candidates and colleagues;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and attract top talent;
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented;
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
- Comfortable using sourcing tools, professional networks, and recruitment platforms;
- Knowledge of the IT market and technical roles is considered a strong asset.
