Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to contribute to large-scale IT transformation projects? We're looking for a motivated professional to support business analysis, process improvement, documentation, and application testing within a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing business processes and system functionalities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, detailed requirements, and test cases.
- Create and update functional documentation and user manuals.
- Prepare, execute, and document functional and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and IT transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects.
- Strong experience analyzing current (As-Is) processes and designing future (To-Be) processes.
- Experience testing IT applications.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager is an asset.
- Experience writing functional documentation and user manuals.
- Experience with IT migration projects is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of UML modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Languages
- English: Professional proficiency (C1).
- French: Intermediate level (B2) is an advantage.
