Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project management activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives and execution
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices in project management
- Provide clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- At least 7 years of proven experience in project management
- Demonstrated involvement in a minimum of three project management initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the banking or financial services sector
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset
- Familiarity with financial products such as loans, equity instruments, and guarantees
