Responsibilities

As a PMO Consultant, you will:

  • Support the coordination and management of IT and transformation projects
  • Create, structure, and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentation materials
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action plans
  • Prepare reporting dashboards and management updates
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Support governance meetings and follow up on decisions
  • Contribute to quality assurance of project deliverables and processes
  • Identify risks, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support project monitoring regarding timelines, budget, and performance

Depending on your experience level, you may also contribute to advanced project steering, project controlling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, management, IT, or equivalent field
  • Relevant experience in project management or PMO activities:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience for an operational profile
    • Minimum 4 years of experience for an experienced profile
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent)
  • Experience in IT environments and digital transformation projects
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to structure information and deliver clear reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent German language skills (minimum C1)

Experience within the public sector or large organizations is considered an advantage.
