Your responsibilities
- Develop, customize and enhance Odoo ERP solutions
- Implement backend logic in Python
- Develop frontend components using OWL
- Create and maintain XML reports
- Design and improve software architecture (modular, scalable, maintainable)
- Work with PostgreSQL databases (queries, performance, data models)
- Use AI tools and AI agents to improve efficiency in development and analysis
- Ensure code quality, security and data protection
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Odoo development
- Strong skills in Python, OWL, XML and PostgreSQL
- Solid experience in software architecture
- Good use of AI tools and AI agents
- Knowledge of security and data privacy
- Fluent German required
Location
- Graz, Austria (occasional on-site presence required)
- Mostly remote (to be defined)
- Ideally based in Southern Germany or Austria
- Willingness to travel to Graz depending on project needs

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
