Position Overview
A Senior Fullstack Developer is sought to support the extension of an existing reserving application used in the industrial insurance domain.
The project focuses on introducing new Benefit Types within a claims processing workflow. The role involves end-to-end implementation, covering frontend development, backend logic, API adjustments, and integration into a complex enterprise system landscape.
The position requires strong ownership, the ability to work independently, and solid experience in enterprise-level software architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Fullstack Development
- Implement features across the entire stack from UI to backend
- Develop frontend components using Angular
- Implement business logic and validations using Java / Spring Boot
Data & API Management
- Design and adapt REST APIs ensuring versioning and backward compatibility
- Manage contextual parameters (e.g., tenantID, CO segment)
- Persist and manage data in PostgreSQL
- Handle database migrations
System Integration
- Integrate with RMDS master data services
- Implement caching and fallback mechanisms
- Ensure compatibility with downstream systems
Quality & Collaboration
- Execute end-to-end testing
- Proactively identify integration and rollout risks
- Collaborate closely with multiple business and technical teams
