At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a hands-on AI Software Engineer to contribute to real-world AI projects in a professional and collaborative environment.
Your Role
- Designing, developing, and maintaining AI and machine learning models
- Actively training and fine-tuning models based on real datasets
- Developing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code
- Preparing, querying, and processing data from databases for analytics and AI use cases
- Working with Jupyter Notebooks for experimentation, analysis, and documentation
- Applying machine learning techniques such as: Neural Networks - Logistic Regression - Random Forest
- Collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clearly explaining complex AI concepts in a structured and understandable way
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, training sessions, or technical workshops
Mandatory Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in Python
- Proven hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence
- At least two AI-related projects completed within the last three years with direct experience in training AI / ML models
- Degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of databases, including PL/SQL and Oracle
- Professional experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, TensorFlow, and Keras
- German level C1 minimum
- Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills
