AISG-0394 PEGA Lead Business Architect

We are looking for a Certified Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business requirement elaboration and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. This role is key to translating business needs into actionable designs for Pega applications using best practices and Pega GenAI tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the elaboration of business requirements so they can be effectively consumed by Pega System Architects (SAs) for application design and configuration.
  • Work directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and document processes and requirements.
  • Document requirements as user stories using the Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) methodology via Pega GenAI tools (Blueprint and/or App Studio).
  • Promote Pega Best Practices across the project landscape, including organizational structure, backlog creation, governance, and testing.

Professional Experience

  • Certification: Certified Pega Business System Architect (CPBSA).
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Certified Pega Business System Architect.

Technical Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience using Pega GenAI tools (especially Pega Blueprint).
  • Proven hands-on experience using Pega App Studio.
  • Strong experience leading and facilitating business requirement elaboration.
