We are looking for a Senior Data Visualization Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-value data insights and business reporting solutions.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data visualization and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand stakeholders’ reporting and visualization needs
- Translate business requirements into prototypes and fully developed dashboards
- Collect, prepare, and structure data for visualization purposes
- Develop, maintain, optimize, publish, and retire dashboards (full lifecycle)
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and data strategy guidelines
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions
- Promote data consistency and reuse across reporting solutions
- Define and implement best practices in data visualization
- Document solutions and train users on tools and dashboards
- Participate in data innovation and optimization initiatives
- Deliver periodic reporting based on newly developed solutions
Your Profile
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization or reporting
- Strong ability to turn data into clear insights and compelling stories
- Proven expertise in dashboard design and data visualization
- Good understanding of data concepts: Data Warehouses, Data Marts, ETL processes
- Proficiency with:
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Strong awareness of data governance and data security principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, and/or Python
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and GDPR
