We are looking for a Project Owner to join a dynamic IT environment focused on digital transformation within the public sector, involving diverse projects in infrastructure, application development, digitalization, and cybersecurity, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Mission
As a Project Owner, you are the operational backbone of the project and ensure its overall consistency. You act as a key interface between business teams and technical teams.
In a multi-community environment, you facilitate communication, align priorities, and maintain a clear product vision.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive priorities and ensure daily operational follow-up
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Ensure backlog quality (complete and well-prioritized user stories)
- Guarantee consistency of deliverables
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with diverging expectations
- Anticipate and manage conflicts by promoting effective compromises
- Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, and data teams
- Ensure alignment with the product vision
- Quickly identify scope gaps and mitigate risks
Profile
- Proven experience in Project Ownership / IT project management
- Background in Business Analysis is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good understanding of IT environments and business challenges
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
Experience in multi-community collaboration is highly valued
Knowledge of specific environments (e.g., VCET) is a plus
