Key responsibilities

Project support and transformation

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse and formalize functional requirements.
  • Model existing processes (AS-IS) and target processes (TO-BE) using BPMN 2.0.
  • Identify improvement areas, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into functional solutions.

Process and data architecture

  • Design and maintain structured process repositories.
  • Ensure consistency between business processes, applications, and technical flows.
  • Define conceptual and logical data models.
  • Contribute to data governance principles and frameworks.
  • Design Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for shared data domains.
  • Document data flow and traceability (Data Lineage).

Governance and enterprise architecture

  • Produce business and application architecture views.
  • Participate in architecture committees and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to transformation roadmaps.
  • Define modelling and documentation standards.

Profile required

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in process architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in BPM, enterprise architecture, or functional architecture projects.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Technical skills

  • Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and AS-IS / TO-BE modelling.
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Proficiency in ArchiMate and Archi tool usage.
  • Solid knowledge of data modelling (UML, ERD).
  • Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
  • Ability to structure repositories, data catalogues, and architecture models.

Nice to have

  • Experience in public sector, utilities, water, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of GIS, geospatial systems, SCADA, or asset management systems.
  • Understanding of critical service environments.
