At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on the implementation of a next-generation SCADA environment. As a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project partners, you will play a central role in defining business processes, coordinating user acceptance testing, supporting organizational change, and ensuring successful adoption of new operational capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and document future-state business processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and harmonization.
- Ensure proper integration of documented processes into the organization's enterprise process landscape.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Define and prepare User Acceptance Testing strategies and plans.
- Develop comprehensive UAT documentation and test scenarios.
- Coordinate test preparation activities, including data identification and validation.
- Facilitate testing sessions and support stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Monitor testing progress and ensure business requirements are properly validated.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare realistic business scenarios and datasets for demonstrations and training sessions.
- Deliver end-user training sessions alongside project stakeholders.
- Support change adoption and knowledge transfer activities across the organization.
- Contribute to additional project initiatives and deliverables based on project priorities and planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within application implementation or integration projects.
- Strong experience designing, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process modelling, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent French (C2 level or equivalent).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Experience working with SCADA solutions or industrial operational systems.
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with test management tools such as Qmetry or similar platforms.
- Experience using process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Experience within utility, energy, or network infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
