Job Description
We are looking for a Test Coordinator responsible for coordinating testing activities within a program related to the energy transition. The role involves organizing, supervising, and monitoring testing activities for the various developments associated with the program, while ensuring compliance with the testing governance standards and processes.
The position requires close collaboration with IT teams, business teams, and external service providers to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
Responsibilities
Test Coordination
- Create and manage test plans aligned with the program objectives and supervise their implementation by all stakeholders.
- Coordinate the start and closure of the different testing phases for each project within the program.
- Organize and coordinate testing activities for each phase involving internal IT teams, business teams, and external providers.
- Ensure the proper execution of testing activities from preparation to final reporting, covering multiple applications and testing types.
- Monitor daily testing activities and related actions, identify risks or blockers, and escalate them when necessary.
- Ensure the proper handover of test documentation to the maintenance teams at the end of the projects.
Profile
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects or testing activities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing types, as well as different testing levels (development, integration, acceptance).
- Proven experience as a Test Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience.
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken (minimum C2 level).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing and coordinating external service providers.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Knowledge of the energy sector.
