IMAC Support Specialist
Secure environment requiring NATO Secret clearance.
Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and communicative individual to provide IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support and basic clerical tasks within a secure campus environment. This role involves both technical and logistical responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations of CIS (Communication and Information Systems) assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, move, exchange, configure, and connect CIS assets.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as:
- Updating databases.
- Receiving, completing, and forwarding handover-takeover documents.
- Collaborate with technicians and logisticians depending on task requirements.
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma in science or equivalent.
- English proficiency at C1 level (Upper Intermediate).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness for lifting and moving equipment.
- Valid driving license.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, services, and terminology.
Working Conditions
- Office-based clerical work combined with physical tasks (lifting and moving CIS assets between buildings and offices).

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
