We are looking for an IBMi/AS400 software developer with expertise in RPG4 (RPG IV Fully-Free-Format) to join a complex and strategic technical project.
This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy tackling technical challenges on older but critical technologies.
What you will do:
- Develop and extend modules on IBM i using RPG IV, Eclipse, and SQL.
- Design IT concepts based on regulatory requirements and specific guidelines.
- Conduct software testing and perform bug fixing to ensure reliable systems.
- Support the implementation of new features and enhancements during planned release cycles.
Required Profile:
- Strong experience in IBMi/AS400 development with RPG IV.
- Proficiency in Eclipse and SQL databases.
- Ability to produce IT concepts compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Skills in software testing and debugging.
- Good German language skills: ideally C1/C2, but B2 is also accepted.
