As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design, build and operate secure, scalable and cloud‑native platforms that support critical energy operations. Your expertise will help accelerate the transition toward a sustainable and modern energy landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy and optimize Azure cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Verified Modules.
- Ensure high levels of availability, scalability and cost‑efficiency for all cloud resources.
Containerization & Orchestration
- Build and manage cloud‑managed Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve containerized workloads.
Security & Compliance
- Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption and network segmentation.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and manage remediation activities.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, SOC and GDPR.
DevOps & Automation
- Build or improve CI/CD pipelines when required.
- Automate deployments and operational tasks.
- Integrate observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and related technologies.
Collaboration & Support
- Work within agile product teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Provide guidance on architecture and performance optimization.
- Contribute to incident response activities and root‑cause analysis.
Your Profile
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Access Control, Virtual Network, Logic Apps, Firewall, VPN Gateway, Monitoring).
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and related CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in Terraform, scripting and automation.
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute actively.
Languages
- Fluent English (spoken, read and written).
- Optional: French, Dutch or German.
On‑Call
