Key Responsibilities
- Act as an Enterprise Change Manager for two major ICT change projects.
- Define governance structures and ways of working for integrating change managers into project teams.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive change management plan in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Provide expert OCM services to project teams, applying tools, templates, and methodologies to ensure project success.
- Identify potential change-related risks and implement effective communication strategies.
- Act as a key link between project stakeholders to embed and continuously develop the OCM framework.
- Design and deliver OCM workshops, training sessions, and tailored change activities.
- Establish benchmarking and reporting mechanisms to measure project success from a change management perspective.
- Support the Implementation Project Manager in embedding and delivering the Enterprise OCM Framework on time and within budget.
- Manage and support the workload and development of the project assistant.
- Provide coverage for selected Project Manager activities during a temporary absence.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of post-degree experience in Project Management and/or Organizational Change Management.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in an international and/or geographically distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and transformational IT projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise or institutional change frameworks is an asset.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and delivery-oriented.
- Fluency in English required, French is an advantage.
