We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Application Specialist to join a high-impact project in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle expert to contribute to complex integration and HR systems initiatives within a collaborative and technically advanced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering robust and scalable solutions. Your mission will include:
- Resolving complex technical challenges by analyzing issues and proposing effective solutions or workarounds
- Designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including:
- Adapters
- Orchestration flows
- Data mappings
- Enhancing user interfaces and applications via Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Improving data quality by leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between systems
Your Profile
We are seeking a professional with strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset:
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience (5+ years) working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proven track record in:
- Integration design and development
- Inbound/outbound integrations using OIC
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM, especially Core HR modules and data structures
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, and OIC connectivity agents
- Practical experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Good knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team spirit
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle HCM technical configurations, such as:
- Fast Formulas
- Reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)
- HCM Extracts
