Are you passionate about real-time data streaming and eager to grow your skills in DevOps? We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Kafka DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Kafka-based solutions while learning best practices in cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, and Linux systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and deploying Kafka clusters for real-time data streaming.
- Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Write and maintain automation scripts (Bash; Python is a plus).
- Contribute to infrastructure automation tasks with Ansible.
- Perform basic Linux system administration tasks.
- Assist with deployments and configurations in cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
- Help implement and troubleshoot Kafka messaging and streaming solutions.
- Update technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Monitor platform health and assist in investigating issues.
- Follow best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve workflows and standards.
- Stay motivated to learn new technologies in the Kafka and DevOps ecosystems.
Your Profile:
- Passionate about learning and developing skills in Kafka, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash; Python is a plus).
- Interest in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
