Main Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain modern network security solutions.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructures and security components.
- Monitor IT environments and identify security events.
- Handle security incidents and contribute to incident response activities.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage requests through ITSM tools and ensure ticket follow-up.
- Participate in security audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment.
Required Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security / IT Infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Cisco technologies:
- Switching
- Routing
- WLAN
- NAC (Cisco ISE)
- Network protocols
- Proven experience with firewall solutions, especially Check Point.
- Knowledge of NGFW and IDS/IPS environments.
- Experience with proxy solutions, ideally Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
- Good knowledge of network services:
- DNS
- DHCP
- IPAM
- NTP
- Practical experience in Security Monitoring and Incident Response.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune).
- Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Monitoring concepts.
- Fluent English and German level (minimum C1).
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to work in an international environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or ITIL.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Desk.
- Experience in an Enterprise environment.
