Responsibilities
As a PMO Consultant, you will:
- Support the coordination and management of IT and transformation projects
- Create, structure, and maintain project documentation
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentation materials
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action plans
- Prepare reporting dashboards and management updates
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Support governance meetings and follow up on decisions
- Contribute to quality assurance of project deliverables and processes
- Identify risks, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Support project monitoring regarding timelines, budget, and performance
Depending on your experience level, you may also contribute to advanced project steering, project controlling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, management, IT, or equivalent field
- Relevant experience in project management or PMO activities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience for an operational profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience for an experienced profile
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent)
- Experience in IT environments and digital transformation projects
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to structure information and deliver clear reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C1)
Experience within the public sector or large organizations is considered an advantage.
