We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – IAM / Identity Governance to join our team of experts working on cutting-edge projects in the field of cybersecurity and digital identity. As a Business Analyst specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will play a key role in the analysis, design, and planning of IAM and Identity Governance solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable concepts and support the implementation of secure and scalable identity solutions.
Your responsibilities :
- Conducting in-depth requirements analysis in the IAM / Identity Governance domain
- Designing functional and technical concepts in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation and planning of implementation phases
- Ensuring alignment with security standards and best practices
- Acting as a trusted advisor in IAM-related topics across the organization
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM / Security-related projects
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, identity lifecycle, access control models, and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Senior-level expertise required – junior profiles will not be considered
