We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to join a dynamic team working on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that ensure secure, efficient, and compliant management of identity and access data across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of planning, managing, and controlling IAM projects from initiation to delivery.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to implement IAM and identity governance solutions.
- Analyze and design solutions related to the management of identity and access data.
- Prepare and plan the implementation of IAM concepts and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in identity management.
Profile
Level: Senior
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in IAM or security-related projects.
- Strong background in project management and program coordination.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective identity governance solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in preparing implementation plans and guiding technical teams.
