AISB-937 Senior OpenText Exstream Analyst / Developer

Are you an experienced OpenText Exstream Analyst/Developer looking to contribute to a large-scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) project? We're looking for a passionate professional to join a dynamic team and help design, develop, and optimize enterprise document generation solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and document CCM processes and functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain OpenText Exstream templates and document composition rules.
  • Define input file structures and manage output formats (PDF, AFP, HTML5, LIVE, CSV).
  • Integrate document generation with print and digital delivery channels.
  • Work with Doc Presentment for SAP and IDoc input formats.
  • Produce technical and functional documentation.
  • Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT test scenarios.
  • Ensure solution quality through QA activities.
  • Optimize document generation performance and processes.
  • Provide functional support for production workflows and templates.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams while following development best practices.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream.
  • Strong expertise throughout the complete document lifecycle within CCM environments.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • OpenText Exstream V16+
    • Design Manager
    • Designer
    • Communication Builder
    • Content Author
    • Workshop
    • Exstream Live
    • Empower
    • Command Center
    • Communication Server
    • OTDS
    • StoryBoard
    • ReTouch
    • Supervisor
    • Doc Presentment for SAP
  • Experience with Exstream migration and upgrade projects.
  • Ability to communicate directly with business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Java, Shell scripting, COBOL, .NET, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Languages

  • French: Fluent (C2)
  • English: Professional working proficiency (B1+)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid working model with at least 2 days per week on-site.
  • Additional on-site presence may occasionally be required depending on project needs.
  • A driving licence and personal vehicle are considered an advantage.
