ABAKUS-IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Agile Process Coach to support and drive IT process excellence within a complex and dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in shaping how teams work, ensuring alignment with Agile principles, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
Your Mission
As an Agile Process Coach, you will empower teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, improve delivery performance, and strengthen IT governance.
You will act at the crossroads of Agile coaching, process management, and compliance, ensuring sustainable and efficient ways of working across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile ways of working and continuous improvement
- Define, implement, and maintain IT processes aligned with group frameworks
- Ensure consistency and standardization across teams (delivery, sourcing, risk, security, etc.)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (Group, NBB, EU, etc.)
- Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize and simplify processes
- Support process maturity assessments and documentation within Agile frameworks
- Maintain and evolve the process knowledge base and Agile referential
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment
Your Profile
Mandatory
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including delivery and/or production environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics
- Proven experience in process management and improvement
- Experience facilitating workshops and coaching teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques (PDCA, value stream mapping, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments
- Experience in the banking or financial sector
