We are looking for an experienced Application Architect to join our team and contribute to strategic IT projects in the healthcare domain.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, defining, and monitoring application architectures to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to deliver reliable applications, services, and system integrations.
You will contribute to projects related to healthcare platforms, including application modernization, authentication mechanisms, security improvements, and the evolution of existing digital solutions. You will ensure that applications follow architectural standards and best practices throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain application architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Support the implementation of applications, services, APIs, and integrations between systems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and architectural guidelines.
- Contribute to application migration and modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Work within Agile environments and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Profile Required
- Proven experience as an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer.
- Strong background in software engineering and enterprise application architecture.
- Solid knowledge of security concepts and standards (OWASP, OAuth, OpenID, IAM).
- Experience with microservices architecture and API-first approaches.
- Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and design patterns.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL databases, and Web APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
